Someone from the Council visited the Estate today to review the bin stores. All bin stores have now got the correct number of bins for general waste, cardboard/ paper, mixed recycling and food waste. A leaflet will be distributed this week to clarify bin usage. Please read this carefully and check each bin label before disposing of your rubbish. We would also like to remind you that all large items must be taken to the local recycling centre and not left in the bin stores as they will not be collected.

The annual decorating is due to start in August. All residents affected will be notified in due course.

Block 9 – Flat numbers: 29-30-31-32 Garage Courts: 1, 2, 4, & 5

Due to the dry conditions there will be no mowing w/b 20th July and will recommence w/b 27th July.

We are still trying to arrange for the Council to come and inspect the bin areas and relabel as necessary. This is however proving difficult as they are not responding to our requests. If you are concerned you are able to report this yourself via there website
